Our Injection Molding Capabilities

Fast-Turn Injection Tooling
At Marigold Rapid, we make plastic injection hard tooling (cores and cavities) from a variety of materials to suit your project requirements and design the tools based on the molding material selected.
Fast and cost-effective process to create aluminum or steel injection molds for quick turn injection molding. Ideal for rapid prototyping needs or validating product concept for production.
Plastic Molded Parts
Once the tool is built, we can mold thousands of different materials as long as they can
be purchased from the open market. Parts can be molded in a large quantity and in short lead time, various of colors and post finishing are available directly from molding, or can be done after molding, like different kinds of painting and silk-printing.

Moldflow Analysis Supportive
A moldflow analysis examines filling, shrinkage, warpage and other aspects of the injection molding process that determine success or failure in the production of plastic parts. Even before the tool or mold is built, a moldflow analysis helps to identify and avoid potential difficulties. At Marigold Rapid, we offer mold flow analysis following below three simple steps:
1. CAD data with material required
Customers provide us with CAD data of the component and information on the material.
2. Moldflow simulation
Our engineers will perform the Moldflow simulation to visualize the filling behavior of the mold.
3. Moldflow Analysis Report
Our engineering team at Marigold Rapid will provide you with an interpretation of the results of the Moldflow analysis. Our professional engineering team will also give you detailed recommendations for action.
