Our Injection Molding Capabilities

Plastic Molded Parts

Rapid-Turn Injection Tooling

At Marigold Rapid, we engineer precision injection molds (cores and cavities) using industry-grade materials tailored to your project specifications.

Our optimized workflow delivers aluminum or steel molds via CNC machining for rapid prototyping and low-volume production. Ideal for concept validation, design iteration, and bridge tooling applications.

Plastic Molded Parts

Once the mold is developed, we can process a wide range of commercially available thermoplastic materials for high-volume production with short lead times. Parts can be molded in multiple color options, with surface treatments applied either directly during molding or via post-molding operations such as painting, silk-screening, and other finishing services.

Mold Flow Analysis Support

Mold flow analysis evaluates critical injection molding parameters—including filling patterns, shrinkage, and warpage—that impact part quality and manufacturability. By conducting analysis prior to mold fabrication, we proactively identify and mitigate potential production challenges. At Marigold Rapid, our three-step mold flow analysis process ensures design optimization:

1. CAD & Material Submission
Customers provide component CAD files and specify thermoplastic materials (e.g., ABS, PEEK, Nylon).
2. Flow Simulation & Analysis
Our engineers perform advanced Moldflow simulations to visualize melt flow dynamics, pressure distribution, and potential defects.
3. Comprehensive Analysis Report
Receive a detailed report with actionable insights for mold design optimization, including gate location recommendations and cooling system enhancements.
