Project Details

1.Customer requests a quote (with drawings and requirements like material, quantity, surface finish…)
2.Quotation provided with mold life time, mold price and part price
3.Customer is interested, DFM was issued for customer to review/approval
4.Order released by customer
5.Marigold Issued proforma invoice for 50% tooling deposit
6.DFM approved and production of tooling started
7.Mold was completed and had a trial run of casted samples
8.5 sets of free trial samples sent for customer testing and approval
9.Trial samples confirmed, 50% tooling balance paid and production of casting order released
10.Production of the die casted parts
11.Arrange shipment for the die casted parts
12.Follow up customer’s satisfaction after order is closed.
